By implementing CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation and other approaches tailored specifically to you, I can help you to regain functioning in need areas.
Its hard to go through tough situations, and it is even harder to go through these situations when you feel like you are alone and nobody cares and/or understands. I care, and I am willing to help you to work on these issues.

Yvana Engerman, MS
Yvana Engerman is the Practice Manager at MSO. She has a Bachelors in Psychology, as well as a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Alabama State University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Walden University in Counselor Education and Supervision. At this time She is also a Social Science Specialist for the Veterans and Military Crisis Line. She is also awaiting board approval for her LPC in the state of Alabama. Future Plans:
Sierra plans to take her degree and use it towards helping others in a social working field whether it be within DTA, DCF, or human resources. Being able to understand how society as a whole influences the actions, thoughts, and choices of individuals is important to Sierra. She has always wanted to understand others and their perspectives so she can provide alternative ways to help.
Being the Administrative intern at My Self Oath, will give Sierra the experience she needs to step foot in to the healing profession.
Ahminchie Estime
Ahminchie Estime is a Haitian-American and fluent in Haitian-Creole. She is a therapist with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College. She enjoys banking, spending time with loved ones and learning new things. Ahminchie specializes in working with individuals who have experienced trauma in life in whatever form. She Currently works with families who are dealing with community violence in the Boston area. She became a therapist to help individuals that look like her because growing up there was only a handful.
